Eligibility Criteria for MPSC Recruitment :
- Educational Qualification : Candidates Posses a post graduate degree at least in the second class in History of Art or in Art Criticism or in both; or Possess a post graduate degree at least in the second class in ‘Ancient Indian Culture’ with History of Art as one of the subjects; or Possess a post graduate degree at least in the second class in Fine Art with History of Art as one of the subjects; or Possess a Diploma in Drawing & Painting/Sculpture and Modeling/Commercial Art in at least the second class awarded by the Government in or after 1975 with History of Art as one of the subjects or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto by the Government and Have acquired experience of teaching Art or History of Art or Art Criticism or all these subjects in any of the Art Institute recognized.

- For Reserved category : 40 years
