Eligibility Criteria for AAI Recruitment :
- Educational Qualification :
- For Assistant (Office) : Graduate with typing speed 40 wpm with computer knowledge with 2 years relevant experience in the concerned discipline.
- For Junior Executive : Graduate and full time regular MBA or equivalent (2 years duration) with specialization in HRM / HRD / PM & IR / Labour Welfare
- Nationality : Indian
Age Limit : As on 31.07.2016
- For Assistant (Office) : 40 years
- For Junior Executive : 37 years
Age Relaxation :
- SC/ST Candidates : 5 years
- OBC Candidates : 3 years
Selection Process : Selection will be based on Online examination, Voice Test & Interview.
