- For Deputy General Manager : 2 years Full Time Post Graduate Dip/MBA (Pers. Mgmt/HR/MSW) etc. (Minimum 55% marks).
- For Manager GR-II : BE/B. Tech or AMIE (Electronics & Communication Engineering) or equivalent (Minimum 55% marks).
- For Assistant Manager : BE/B. Tech or AMIE (Electronics & Communication Engineering) or equivalent (Minimum 55% marks).
- For Management Trainee- (Company secretary) : ACS (Minimum 55% marks in graduation).
- Nationality : Indian
Age Limit : (as on 18.08.2016)
- For Deputy General Manager : 43 Years
- For Manager GR-II : 33 Years
- For Assistant Manager : 30 Years
- For Management Trainee : 28 years
Age Relaxation :
- For OBC Candidates : 3 Years
- For SC/ST Candidates : 5 Years
- For PWD Candidates : 10 Years
Job Location : New Delhi
