- For Senior Treatment Supervisor : Bachelor Degree OR Recognized sanitary inspector’s course from a recognized university. Certificate course in computer operation.
- For District Programme Coordinator : MBA/PG Diploma in management/Health administration from a recognized institute/university. Should have one year of working experience.
- Nationality : Indian
- Age Limit : 21 to 65 years (as on 01.07.2016)
