Vistaar appoints ex-Sebi chief C B Bhave as non-executive Chairman
Vistaar Financial Services, an MSME-focused financing firm has appointed former Sebi chief C B Bhave as non-executive Chairman and Independent Director. Prior to SEBI, he has worked as the Chairman and Managing Director of National Securities Depositories Ltd (NSDL).
