Myntra acquires content aggregation start-up Cubeit


Fashion e-tailer Myntra Designs Pvt. Ltd has acquired Bangalore-based Cubeit, a start-up that facilitates content aggregation on mobile devices. Myntra, which was acquired by Flipkart for about $330 million in 2014, has bought two technology start-ups previously.


The Bengaluru headquartered Cubeit, which was founded by Sarthak Jain, Nithinkumar Gadiparthi and Prathamesh Juvatkar allows users to aggregate, organise and share content. Cubeit is a mobile application which lets you collect content from any source, and makes it ridiculously easy to find and share.
